ETR Embossed Initialling

Adding initials to a finished product requires skill and experience. At Ettinger, every emboss is blocked by our best craftspeople using a traditional embossing machine to guarantee the best results. Each letter set is adjusted individually by hand to ensure the spacing achieves just the right balance and the emboss looks crisp and clean. The process involves heating the special brass blocking dies before applying them onto the leather goods with gold foil, silver foil or no foil (blind emboss). 

The set of brass characters that we use were commissioned specially by us, making the elegant font unique in style. 

Most items will be blocked on the front bottom right-hand corner and you can add up to five characters, but this may vary from item to item. Not all our products can be personalised, due to manufacturing restrictions. If the option does not appear on the product page, then this item cannot be personalised. The process may take up to one week, but should you require the item by a certain date, please do get in touch with us and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
